Refund & Return Policy

1. Made-to-Order Policy
At Freenbuy, all our products are unique and produced only once ordered. Because each item is custom-made especially for you, we do not support returns or exchanges if you:
- Ordered the wrong size or color.
- Simply changed your mind or no longer want the item.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a full refund.
To qualify for a refund or reprint:
- You must contact us within 30 days of the product delivery date.
- You must provide a clear photo showing the damage or the error.
- For issues affecting multiple items of the same design, a photo/video of all items in one frame is required.
Note: There is no need to return the damaged product to us.
3. How to Initiate a Claim

4. Shipping & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct before placing an order. Freenbuy is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- In case of an unsuccessful delivery, we may offer a partial refund or a reprint with an extra charge.
5. Print Variations
For our printed apparel, please note that minor variations in print placement (a tolerance of up to 0.5″) are normal and will not be considered defects for a refund or reprint.
6. Refund Processing
Once your claim is approved, refunds will be issued directly to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
