At Freenbuy, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Since all our products are custom-printed just for you, we have established the following policy to ensure a fair and transparent experience.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage from shipping, we offer a free reprint or a full refund.
To qualify for a resolution, please contact us at contact@freenbuy.com within 30 days of delivery with the following information:

Order Number and a description of the issue.

For Print Quality/Placement Issues: A clear photo of the product on a flat surface showing the design and the issue.

For Sizing Issues (Manufacturer Defect): A photo of the product being measured with a tape measure according to the size chart (tolerance of +/- 1” applies).

For Multiple Items: A photo or video of all affected items in a single frame.
Note: In most cases, there is no need to return the item to us. Once the error is verified, we will process your reprint or refund immediately.
2. Returns & Exchanges (Cancellations)
Because each item is unique and made-to-order, we generally do not support returns or exchanges for:

Customer errors (incorrect size, color, or shipping address).

Change of mind or “buyer’s remorse.”
However, we value our customers. If you made a mistake, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to cancel or modify it before it enters production.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Freenbuy is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, a reshipment fee may apply.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
